Kevin Snyder

Kevin Snyder possesses extensive experience in the food science and nutrition sector, currently serving as a Senior Scientist in R&D Innovation at Nestlé Health Science since December 2020. In this role, Kevin leads technical efforts for formula optimization and project feasibility assessments. Previously, Kevin led the international gummy product development for brands under Nature's Bounty International during tenure as Senior Scientist of VMHS Product Development. Earlier roles include Manager of Product Development at Nature's Bounty, where responsibilities covered the technical execution of innovative supplement launches, and various positions at DSM, Allen Flavors, Inc., and Flavor Dynamics, Inc., focusing on nutritional ingredients and beverage formulation. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Rutgers University.
