Vanessa Jackson

Vanessa Jackson serves as the State Field Sales Manager for NSW/ACT at Nestlé Professional since June 2021, after a role as Area Executive. Prior experience includes serving as NSW Meat Specialist and Sales Representative at PFD Food Services Pty Ltd from August 2017 to June 2021. Prior to that, Vanessa held the position of Executive Chef at The Hills Lodge Hotel for nearly 13 years, from December 2004 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Diploma in Hospitality from TAFE NSW, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery from TAFE NSW, and a Cuisine de base degree from Le Cordon Bleu Australia-Sydney.
