Heather Hoss

Heather Hoss has over 20 years of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of HR Strategy for Nestlé Purina North America since June 2009, where strategic HR support is provided to the Product Supply Division and 14 manufacturing locations across the US. Prior to this, Heather held various HR roles at KV Pharmaceutical from 2005 to 2009, overseeing staffing and recruitment for a range of scientific and technical positions, and worked at Aerotek managing recruitment for major manufacturing accounts in the Raleigh-Durham area from 2002 to 2005. Heather began a career in recruitment as a Recruiter at Orion International from 1999 to 2001, following service as a Specialist in the US Army from 1996 to 1999. Heather holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Chemistry from Methodist University.
