Jeff Guenther

Jeff Guenther, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in food processing technology. Currently serving as the Director of Capex Engineering Standards and Technology at Nestlé Purina North America since May 2012, Jeff leads a team responsible for system design in the production of wet and dry pet food, managing annual project investments exceeding $1 billion. Jeff has held various roles within Nestlé Purina, including Senior Engineering Manager and Mechanical Design Engineering Manager, focusing on the development and execution of capital projects. Prior experience includes management positions in pneumatic testing at Mac Process Inc. and process control supervision at Lafarge Cement. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
