Jessica Lagerhausen

Jessica Lagerhausen is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in business intelligence, analytics, and manufacturing excellence. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Nestlé Purina North America since January 2017, Jessica leads initiatives to enhance data culture and artificial intelligence capabilities within operations. Previous roles at Nestlé include various positions in manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement, where significant cost savings and performance improvements were achieved. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Engineer/Manager at Eaton, where Jessica maintained ISO compliance and led quality improvement efforts. Jessica holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
