Maggie Castaldo is currently serving as Category Strategy Manager at Nestlé Purina North America since August 2021 and as a member of the Advisory Board for The Very Asian Foundation, where strategic advice is provided to founder Michelle Li, along with pro bono translation services in Mandarin and Cantonese. Previously, Maggie worked at Unilever as Global Innovation Consumer Insights Associate Manager for Dove, influencing the male grooming portfolio through innovative product development. Maggie's background includes roles at New York University as a Marketing Teaching Fellow, at Nielsen in various capacities within innovation and portfolio strategy, and an early career internship at Yip Yap, Inc., coupled with experience in sales management at Sherwin-Williams. Maggie holds an MBA in Marketing, Leadership, and Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Psychology, Business Administration, and Philosophy from Stony Brook University.
