Arlee Grad

Arlee Grad is a dynamic eCommerce professional currently serving as the Director of eCommerce, Sales at Nestlé. With a background that includes positions such as Director of eCommerce, Marketing and Marketing Manager for Premium Coffee at Nestlé, Arlee has honed exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and customer relationship management skills. Arlee's career began as a Staff Accountant at KPMG Audit, and they have also contributed to CPG Connect as a Marketing Manager. Arlee is pursuing an Honors Business Administration degree at the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario. In 2020, Arlee was recognized as a Rising Star Woman in Grocery Award recipient.
