Ashutosh Aggrawal is currently the Head of the New Greenfield Factory for foods at Nestlé, where they lead a cross-functional team in setting up a new factory. Previously, Ashutosh held various roles at Nestlé India Ltd., including Manager of Engineering projects for chocolates and confectionery, and Head of Manufacturing at the Goa factory. They also served as a Process Engineer and Project Manager at the Nestlé Product Technology Centre in York, focusing on new product development and capital investment project management. Ashutosh obtained a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 2003 to 2007.
