Caitlin Clair

Caitlin Clair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and management within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Functional Development Manager and Enterprise Business Planning Training Specialist at Nestlé since November 2021, Caitlin has previously held several leadership roles at Wahlburgers from August 2015 to November 2021, including Director of Training & Franchise Support and Franchise Business Consultant. Earlier in the career, Caitlin worked at Legal Sea Foods from February 2011 to April 2015 as a Restaurant and Beverage Manager. Caitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Media from Xavier University, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
