Cara Evans

Cara Evans is currently a Principal Scientist at Nestlé, where they focus on prepared meals, pizza, and meat analogues. They have held various roles at Nestlé since 2007, including Senior Scientist and Senior Product Developer, where they developed new formulations targeting sugar and fat reduction. Their previous experience includes postdoctoral research at the Centre Nationale de la Recherche Scientifique and the University of California Santa Barbara, where they specialized in organometallic crystals and drug delivery systems. Cara earned a Ph.D. in materials science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, along with a B.S. in chemistry and a B.A. in French from Michigan State University.
