Christopher Lacey

Christopher Lacey is currently a Compensation Manager at Nestlé Health Science and previously served as a Compensation Consultant at Nestlé from 2018 to 2022, where they led significant initiatives, including the development of a pay equity program. Prior to this, Christopher worked as a Compensation Specialist at Mylan and held an HR Business Partner role with Nespresso USA, contributing to people and organizational design projects. They earned an MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management from Waynesburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania.
