Daniel Hammer

Daniel Hammer, PhD, is a seasoned professional in quality management and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Head of Quality Management and Regulatory and Scientific Affairs at Nestlé System Technology Centre. With over 15 years of experience, they have held various leadership roles, including managing quality assurance centers in South Africa and Singapore, as well as being a corporate regulatory expert for Food Safety at Nestlé. They completed a PhD in Natural Sciences from EPFL and are currently finishing their studies in International Food Law at Michigan State University. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in analytical sciences, method development, and team leadership within diverse and challenging environments.
