Eamon Hardy is an accomplished Food Scientist and currently serves as the Research and Development Program Manager at Nestlé. With a robust background in technical food science, Eamon has held various roles in the industry, including Nutritional Reformulation Specialist at the Food Standards Agency and R&D Technologist at Kerry Foods. Eamon has collaborated with notable clients such as McDonald's, YUM, and Burger King, leveraging expertise in liquid aseptic processing and product innovation. Eamon graduated with a BSc in Food Quality, Safety & Nutrition from Queen's University Belfast and a Diploma in Management Studies from the Irish Management Institute.
