Eric Berdan

Eric Berdan is an E2E Lead for Nestlé North America, specializing in transformational leadership and operational excellence. With over 25 years of experience, they have successfully led projects impacting more than 10,000 employees and achieving savings of over $800 million. Eric has held various leadership roles at Nestlé, including Senior Director of Manufacturing Excellence and Factory General Manager, where they drove significant process improvements and built high-performing teams. They began their career at Daimler AG, where they implemented Lean Operating Systems and opened new factories in Canada and Mexico. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, and History from the University of Windsor.
