Eric Cornu is a Future of Work activist and Global HR Leader with a passion for developing individuals and organizations. They served as HR Assistant at IER and held various senior roles at Philip Morris International between 1996 and 2015, including Head of Compensation & Benefits and Global Head of Organization Effectiveness. Currently, they are Global Head of Organization Design & Change Management at Nestlé and continue their education through programs at IMD Business School and London Business School. Eric is also an advocate for a fairer, more equitable world and a keynote speaker on organizational effectiveness.
