Filbert Tiu is currently the Senior HR Business Partner and People Experience + Insights Lead at Nestlé Integrated Business Services in Manila. Previously, Filbert held various roles at Nestlé, including HR Business Partner for Financial Services and Technical Division, focusing on talent management and performance evaluation. Among other experiences, Filbert served as Program Director for Training & Development at Ateneo de Manila University, where they implemented leadership training programs. Filbert also contributed to community development as a Project Officer for the Diocesan Commission on Social Action. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and completed the Basic Management Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
