Florent Lea

Florent Lea has extensive experience in IT Asset Management, having worked at Nestlé from September 2004 to August 2019, where roles included Global IT Asset Manager, responsible for comprehensive IT Asset Management activities for a workforce of 300,000 employees. Additional positions at Nestlé encompassed Process Owner for Asset and Configuration Management, Project Manager for Configuration and Asset Management, and Project Manager for Asset Management, focusing on improving asset management solutions and implementing global databases. Since October 2018, Florent Lea has been a committee member of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC7 WG21, contributing to the ISO 19770 standard aimed at optimizing organizational IT Asset Management. Prior to Nestlé, experience included project management roles at AXA France Services dealing with security audits and monitoring frameworks. Florent Lea holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from ESIEA.
