Frank Jimenez

President, Nestlé USA Baking Division at Nestlé

Frank Jimenez is the current President of Nestlé USA's Baking Division. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pamlab, a U.S. based specialty pharmaceutical company focused on medical foods for brain and metabolic health. Frank has also served as the Vice President of U.S. Retail Sales for Nestlé Nutrition North America (Gerber).

Frank has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Frank began their career with Nestlé Nutrition in 2007, where they served as the Vice President of U.S. Retail Sales. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving growth for the company's retail business.

In 2011, Frank was appointed as the CEO of Pamlab. Under their leadership, the company achieved sales of $133 million and built a five-year strategy for growth that led to the re-launch of all three promoted brands. Frank also restructured 85% of the organization, delayering management, upgrading talent, and embedding best in class business processes.

Frank is a graduate of Cornell University and has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Frank Jimenez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Frank also participated in the Leading the Nestlé Way Programme and the Organizational Leadership - Nestle Leadership Programme at London Business School. Additionally, they completed the Food Industry Management Program at Cornell University.

Frank Jimenez works with Kevin Petrie - Chief Supply Chain Officer, USA, Jeff Hamilton - President & CEO, Nestlé Canada, and Daniel Jhung - President, Beverage Division, Nestlé USA. Frank Jimenez reports to Laurent Freixe, EVP, CEO Zone Americas.
