Ian Cullen

Ian Cullen currently serves as the National Account Controller for Nestlé, overseeing the company's operations in the Irish retail sector since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ian held various leadership positions at Kerry, including Regional Sales Director for the European Foodservice Meat, Meat Alternatives, and Cheese Appetiser business, and Strategy Director for the European Meat and Meat Alternative sector. Ian's experience also includes roles at Dawn Farm Foods as Senior Business Development Manager for Europe, and Unilever as National Account Manager for multiple food and personal care brands. Earlier career milestones include positions at Woollengrange Developments, Torc Candles, Irish Business Systems, and Lyreco Group. Ian Cullen holds a Diploma in Management and Employee Relations from the National College of Ireland and completed a Management Development Programme at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
