Iryna Kunets

Iryna Kunets is a seasoned Employee Services and Employee Relations Manager with over 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, currently overseeing a team of more than 200 employees. Previously, Iryna held various roles at Nestlé, including HR Business Services Lead and Payroll Supervisor, where they managed payroll activities and project management processes. Iryna started their career as an Accountant at Public Joint Stock Company “Naftogazbud” and has developed expertise in stakeholder management, team coaching, and change management throughout their career. They hold specialist degrees in Germanic Languages from Uzhgorod National University and Finance from Kyiv Slavonic University.
