Ivan Anton is currently the Group Lead of Product Development for Adult & Maternal Nutrition at Nestlé Nutrition. Previously, they served as a Senior Development Specialist in Adult Nutrition at FrieslandCampina, where they led plant protein development projects and managed nutritional applications. Ivan has also held roles at FrieslandCampina Kievit as a Project Manager and in various developmental positions. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering specializing in Food Industries from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master's degree in Food Science & Technology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
