Jacklyn Chen

Jacklyn Chen is an Innovation Lead dedicated to driving strategic growth through consumer-centric innovation. They previously served as an Alliance Manager at the Biomedical Sciences Industry Partnership Office (BMS IPO), managing partnerships for major pharmaceutical companies. At Nestlé, Jacklyn held various roles, including Regional Innovation Lead, where they drove food and beverage innovation across Southeast Asia, and Global R&D Project Manager for maternal and personalized nutrition projects. Their academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry, with ongoing studies at the National University of Singapore and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
