James C. Parent

James C. Parent is currently the Head of Group Tax at Nestlé, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as Head of Tax for Nestlé USA from 2018 to 2023 and held the role of Vice President of Tax at Weatherford from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, James was Vice President of Tax Reporting at Tyco International from 2006 to 2012 and a Tax Director at Pricewaterhouse Coopers from 1993 to 2006. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Connecticut, along with a Master's in Tax from the University of Hartford.
