John Ashley

John Ashley serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Nestle East and Southern Africa Region since October 2019, overseeing financial operations for 22 countries with an annual turnover of USD 850 million and managing a finance team of 78 across 6 clusters and 7 factories, along with additional responsibilities in IT, security, and tax. Prior to this role, John Ashley worked as the Regional Finance Director for Cereal Partners Worldwide from June 2012 to September 2019, managing financial activities across 42 countries in the breakfast cereal sector. Earlier experience includes serving as Finance Director for North Europe, Middle East & Africa at Nestlé Cote d'Ivoire from February 2009 to May 2012. John Ashley holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and completed the Programme for Executive Development at IMD.
