John Athanatos

John Athanatos is a business-centric leader in nutrition, regulatory, and scientific affairs with a robust global background in advocacy and innovation. They served as the Global Director of Nutrition & Regulatory Affairs for Cereal Partners Worldwide at Nestlé from 2010 to 2014 and currently hold the position of Global Head of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs at Nestlé Nutrition since 2021. Previously, they worked at Unilever in various roles, including European Nutrition & Regulatory Manager and Director of Regulatory & External Affairs for Foods in Asia. John holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Natural Sciences and an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, alongside an MSc in Business and Management from the University of Strathclyde.
