Kelsy Willison

Kelsy Willison is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Facility Human Resources Manager at Nestlé since July 2025, Kelsy leads a team of HR professionals in three manufacturing operations. Previous experience includes a BHR Manager position at Abbott and significant roles at Harmon where Kelsy oversaw strategic HR functions and led cross-functional HR teams. Kelsy also founded Bluebird Cakery as the Director of Human Resources/Owner, successfully growing it from a start-up to a multi-location business within three years. Earlier career highlights include positions at Target and Werner Electric Supply, where Kelsy enhanced recruitment processes and employee engagement, as well as serving as the Human Resources Director at Behrens Manufacturing. Kelsy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
