Lars Persson

Lars Persson is currently the Head of Demand Planning for Nordics at Nestlé, where they lead a team of ten demand planners and focus on optimizing supply chain processes. Prior to this role, Lars served as the Nordic Supply Chain Manager at Nutricia from 2007 to 2014, and as the Nordic Operations Manager at Nutricia Medical Nutrition from 2015 to 2017. They began their career in supply chain management as a Backline at DHL and later worked as a Supplier Consultant at Nomeco and as a Supply Chain Coordinator at B.Braun. Lars attended Hillerød Handelsskole, where they earned a degree in Markedsøkonom, and studied at Copenhagen Business School.
