Lawrence Duff

Lawrence Duff currently serves as the Director of M&A at Nestlé, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Lawrence was a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy at both Mars and Nestlé, and worked as a Consultant and Manager at Bain & Company, focusing on private equity due diligence and process improvement. Earlier in their career, Lawrence gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young and as an Investment Banking Associate at MMG Advisors while pursuing an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Lawrence also holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce.
