Merve Sever is currently the CTAG RTD Coffee Product Development Leader for Coffee Z-Europe at Nestlé. Merve earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Mersin University and a Master's degree in Food Engineering from Kahramanmaraş Sütçüimam University, where a thesis on hydrocolloids was completed. Merve has extensive experience in production, R&D, and quality engineering, having previously worked with companies such as Golf Dondurma, Mado, and Tat Gıda, and managed several projects focused on food production and innovation. Merve is also pursuing a PhD in Food Engineering at Uludağ University, reflecting a commitment to ongoing professional development.
