Mia Ma is an HR professional with a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) from the University of Toronto. They began their career as an HR Specialist at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) from 2019 to 2020, followed by a role as an HR Business Partner at Pfizer until 2023.
