Michael Ormond

Michael Ormond is a Senior Production Manager at Nestlé, where they leverage extensive experience as a technical resource in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. They have worked with various machinery, including blowmolders and fillers, and have expertise in mechanical operations such as pneumatics and PLCs. Michael has held multiple roles at Nestlé, including Production Manager and Performance Acceleration Project Leader, and previously served as a Millwright at Nestlé Waters North America. They are passionate about TPM methodologies and continuously seek to improve processes and reduce losses. Michael earned a degree in Mechanical Techniques through a co-op apprenticeship program at Conestoga College.
