Mike Croft

Mike Croft is an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing, supply chain, and procurement. Starting as a Marketing and Sales Intern at Airsweb in 2018, Mike progressed to a part-time Marketing Assistant role after completing the internship. In September 2019, Mike joined Nestlé, initially serving as an Inbound Supply Coordinator at the Tutbury Factory, where responsibilities included managing inbound material planning and building supplier relationships. Subsequently, Mike held positions as Category Demand Planner and Procurement Specialist, focusing on demand planning and managing commercial spend categories across Nestlé UK and Ireland. Currently serving as Regional Procurement Manager at Nestlé since March 2023, Mike has developed significant analytical and relationship management skills throughout these roles. Educationally, Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Management from the University of Warwick, with additional exchange programs completed at Monash University and IE Business School.
