Munsif Alsaadeh

Munsif Alsaadeh, MBA, possesses extensive experience in sales and channel management, primarily with Nestlé from July 2009 to December 2012, where roles included Field Sales Representative, Key Accounts Specialist, Channel Manager - MT, Senior Manager - GT, and Sales Capability Development Manager - Middle East. In these positions, Munsif successfully developed and executed innovative channel strategies, maintained collaborative relationships with key partners, and led training initiatives to elevate sales performance. Munsif concluded the tenure at Nestlé as Associate Director, overseeing comprehensive strategies for both GT and MT channels while fostering team development and accountability. Prior experience includes serving as a Guest Relations Agent at Marriott Hotels from October 2008 to July 2009. Munsif holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Management and Strategic Leadership from Lancaster University, completed in 2014.
