Nicolas Grès is a seasoned R&D Packaging Project Leader with over 20 years of experience in packaging innovation, development, and industrialization. Their expertise encompasses multi-regional project management and a deep knowledge of diverse packaging materials, printing technologies, and converting processes. Having held positions at companies such as Cadbury, Kraft Foods/Mondelez, and Bacardi, they have consistently driven significant cost savings and led major packaging productivity projects. Currently, at Nestlé, Nicolas manages the development of sustainable packaging solutions and has published several patents in the field. They hold an engineering degree in packaging and packing from ESIEC, France.
