Pascal Chapot is the Group Head of Sustainable Agriculture Development at Nestlé and has over two decades of experience in agriculture and operations. Previously, Pascal held various roles at Nestlé, including Regional Technical Manager and Director of Industrial Development and Performance. With a strong commitment to sustainable and regenerative food systems, Pascal advocates for solutions that enhance soil health and benefit both businesses and communities. Pascal's educational background includes an Engineer’s Degree in Agronomy from AgroParisTech and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises, along with ongoing Leadership and Management studies at London Business School.
