Paul Coen is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, primarily with Nestlé. They have relocated seven times across various Nestlé US business units and have held 13 progressively responsible positions encompassing strategy, sales management, and people management. Paul's diverse expertise includes Human Resources, Sales, Customer Development, Commercial Development, and Retail Execution, complemented by an MBA in Human Resources Management from Clarkson University. They also hold a certificate from Cornell University in Food Industry Executive Management. Currently, Paul serves as the Sr. Director of Beverage Distributor Excellence and Small Format Sales and Execution.
