Ravit Blum is an experienced senior Human Resources manager with over 15 years in various HR roles. Ravit has served as Human Resources Manager at Isralaser and Visonic, where they led HR policies and onboarding processes while focusing on employee engagement and diversity. Currently, Ravit works as a Senior HR Business Partner at Nestlé, where they build HR strategies and manage key change processes.
