Renate H. is currently the I&R Portfolio Manager and PMO Lead for Global Dairy at Nestlé, where they link business strategy with innovation and research. With a Doctorate in Natural Science from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, they also hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Previously, Renate held various roles within Nestlé, including R&D Department Head and Factory Manager at Nestlé México, and contributed to significant product development and project management initiatives across multiple categories. Their extensive experience in the beverage sector began with a postdoctoral research position at The Scripps Research Institute and included leading teams while establishing operational strategies in diverse product categories.
