Rita Ye is currently the Global Innovation Lead at Nestlé, specifically working in Wyeth Infant Nutrition. From 2019 to 2022, Rita was the Innovation Lead at Abbott Nutrition in China, and prior to that, held the position of Marketing Manager for APAC at Arc International from 2014 to 2017. They also served as a Category Manager for Greater China at Starbucks from 2007 to 2014 and briefly worked as a Category Manager for APAC at Mattel, Inc. in 2018. Rita earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shanghai International Studies University from 2002 to 2006.
