Robert Spalding is a Senior Technical Advisor for the Eastern Southern African Region at Nestlé. They have extensive experience in engineering and project management, having held various positions at Nestlé from 2004 to 2019, including Factory Engineering Manager and End to End Project Manager. Prior to that, Robert worked at Unilever in multiple engineering and logistics management roles from 1994 to 2004, and began their career as an Assistant Electrical Engineer at Tongaat Hulett from 1991 to 1993. Robert holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Government Certificate of Competence in Factories.
