Roger Frei

Roger Frei has extensive experience in the food and beverages industry, particularly within the Nestlé organization, where roles included Business Executive Officer for the Middle East Region and Country Manager. With a strong background in business development and regional management across diverse markets such as Asia, Oceania, and Africa, Roger has led initiatives in the Out of Home (OOH) division for Nestlé’s MENA region. Prior experience includes a position as Banqueting Manager at Widder Hotel and serving as Marketing Advisor in the foodservices sector. Roger's educational credentials encompass a Program for Executive Development from IMD, Elements of Food and Beverage Controlling from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, and a Bachelor of Social Science with a focus on Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, complemented by culinary training.
