Ryan Lucas

Ryan Lucas is the current Director of Quality, Food Safety Assessments, NA at Nestlé, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Ryan served as the Director of Quality at Nestlé Purina North America from 2021 to 2025, and as the Director of 3PM Quality & Food Safety at Danone in 2020. Their earlier roles include Quality Engineer at Starbucks and Facility Operations Group Leader at Target/Marshall Fields. Ryan's military background includes serving as a Sergeant in the US Army from 1992 to 1996. They hold an MBA from Strayer University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, alongside a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
