Saheed Kareem

Saheed Kareem is currently the Factory Engineering Manager at Nestlé Agbara Factory in Nigeria, where they provide engineering leadership focused on health and safety, product quality, and operational performance. Previously, Saheed held various engineering roles at companies such as Seven Up Bottling Company, Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, and Nestlé Senegal, accumulating extensive experience in maintenance engineering and production management across multiple industries including bottling and milling. They completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the University of Lagos. Additionally, Saheed is known for mentoring young engineers and driving continuous improvement initiatives within their teams.
