Shahzad Umar

Shahzad Umar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within Nestlé across multiple regions. Starting as a Management Trainee in the Technical Division at Nestle Pakistan Ltd in 2002, Shahzad progressed to positions such as Human Resources Manager and Head of Human Resources, before taking on roles like Compensation & Benefits Manager in Nestle Indochina and Head of Talent & Organization Development in Nestle Malaysia Singapore. As Human Resources Director, Shahzad managed the strategic people agenda for over 6200 employees across multiple Nestlé entities in the region, overseeing areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Most recently, Shahzad served as Head of HR Business Services in Switzerland and Head of Talent for Asia, Oceania, and Africa, focusing on leadership development and recruitment strategies. Shahzad holds an MBA from The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus.
