Simon Barker is a Senior Expert in Engineering and Maintenance for Zone Europe Confectionery at Nestlé, where they specialize in Kit Kat, wafer, and sugar factories. With a strong background in the food and beverages industry, Simon has held various positions since joining Nestlé in 2005, including Factory Engineering Manager and interim Factory Manager. They graduated with a degree in Future Engineering from The Open University in 2023 and are dedicated to developing engineering talent while promoting gender balance within their teams. Simon is proud of their results but continuously strives for improvement.
