Simon Billington has an extensive career at Nestle, starting in 1987 and spanning various roles, including Factory General Manager and Production & Brand Manager. Currently serving as VP Confectionery Technical & Operations Head since February 2006, Simon is also a board member of the World Cocoa Foundation and a member of the CAOBISCO Executive Committee. Previous positions include Industrial Performance Manager at both Nestle UK and Nestle, and Technical Director overseeing the confectionery category across Europe. Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Modern History from the University of Oxford and a PED from IMD.
