Sivan Prass

Sivan Prass is a regulatory and scientific affairs specialist with a focus on food regulation compliance at Nestlé, serving as a business partner for coffee brands in the Benelux region from September 2023 to March 2024. Previous experience includes an internship in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and nutrition, where Sivan contributed to consumer research on perceptions of ultra-processed foods. Sivan completed a Master of Science in Molecular Nutrition and Toxicology at Wageningen University & Research, alongside an MSc thesis studying the effects of yoyo dieting on inflammatory and metabolic outcomes, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Health, with a thesis on early-life diet and colorectal cancer risk.
