Stephanie Serrano

Stephanie Serrano is currently the Business Transformation Director at Nestlé USA, where they drive the execution of end-to-end initiatives for the Beverage Division. Previously, they gained diverse experience as a Contract Manufacturing Director at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries and held various roles at companies such as DuPont and The Clorox Company. Stephanie earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Purdue University and a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Indiana University Bloomington. They are a graduate of New York University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
