Stuart Bond

Stuart Bond is a Six Sigma Black Belt certified engineer and a passionate advocate for talent development, currently serving as a UK&I Manufacturing Excellence Lead at Nestlé. With a solid background in continuous improvement, Stuart has held various roles in notable companies, including Project Engineer at Systagenix Wound Management and Quality Manager at Nestlé, where they significantly enhanced quality processes and team capabilities. Additionally, Stuart has experience as an Owner of a consumer services business and has contributed to various leadership roles in manufacturing excellence and quality management. An alumnus of Aston University, Stuart holds a BEng in Electromechanical Engineering.
