Thomas Berish is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) management in manufacturing, consulting, and the public sector. Previously, Thomas held various leadership roles at Nestlé, focusing on SH&E operations for the Ice Cream Division and supporting corporate practices in the USA and Canada, as well as leading factory and distribution center initiatives that achieved significant risk and incident reductions. Prior to this, Thomas served as a Senior EHS Manager at PepsiCo, guiding SH&E operations across divisions. Currently, Thomas is pursuing a degree in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management at Tulane University and a B.S. in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, and Health & Safety Management at the University of Maryland.
